Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate pharmaceutical stock to meet customer needs and optimize profits. Assist with weekly sales tracking and ordering supplies.

2. Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions, including weighing, measuring, and mixing medications. Provide guidance to self-medicating patients and offer non-prescription medications. Foster strong communication with healthcare professionals and insurance companies.

3. Administer immunizations to patients on a regular basis.

4. In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, oversee pharmacy associates, ensuring efficient scheduling, rewarding performance, managing discipline, and assigning tasks to meet team goals and maximize productivity.

What We re Looking For:
A Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm D
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
Immunization Certification for Pennsylvania (Preferred)
