We are seeking a Retail Pharmacist to cover a 13-week LOA for a retail/outpatient pharmacy attached to a hospital in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. This role requires someone who can start immediately and has retail experience.

Location: Grand Rapids, MN
Assignment Type: 13-week contract, covering for a Leave of Absence (LOA)

Shift:

• Day shifts
• Start ASAP

Job Duties:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in a retail/outpatient setting
• Use EPIC for managing patient information and prescriptions
• Dispense medications, counsel patients, and ensure compliance with pharmacy policies

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Pharmacist license (active and clear)
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC is a plus
