Retail Pharmacist In Charge- Marietta, Oklahoma

RPh on the go is seeking a Pharmacist to work in a outpatient/clinic setting 4x10s overnight.
Pharmacy Hours/Shift:

• 4x10's
• NIGHT SHIFT

Duties:
Job Duties include; but not limited to
Reviews charts for patient compliance and drug interactions.
Reviews appointments, labs, x-rays, consults and any other pertinent data
and assures appropriateness of drug therapy.
Brings appropriate problems to the supervisor's attention.
Reviews prescriptions issued by Physician, or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determines formulas and ingredients needed.
Compounds medications, using standard formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
Directs pharmacy workers engaged in mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
Answers questions and provides information to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage of pharmaceuticals.
Enters data such as patient name, prescribed medication and cost, to maintain pharmacy files, charge system, and inventory.
Plans Organizes daily workflow of the pharmacy.

Program Systems Utilized:
Script Pro (can train, very easy to use)
McKesson

Overview:

• OK State Pharmacist license ( this is a Sovereign Nation and requires a Oklahoma Pharmacist license unless the BOP allow them to work in OK under that license)
• Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology
  Oklahoma State Pharmacist license
  BLS- does not have to be AHA
