Retail Pharmacist - Kansas City, MO

A closed-door retail pharmacy associated with a clinic in Kansas City, MO, is looking for a Pharmacist to join their team. This role involves verifying prescriptions, working with tech support, and handling approximately 200 prescriptions per day.

Duties:

• Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work in a closed-door pharmacy environment with clinic support.
• Handle Rx volume of 200/day with the help of pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain compliance with Missouri Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provide patient care and immunizations as needed.

Schedule/Shift:

• Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• No weekends

Requirements:

• Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Certified Immunizer status.
• Notice of Intent (NOI) REQUIRED Pharmacists in Missouri must file an NOI with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy to administer vaccines or medications by prescription.
• Knowledge of ScriptPro is preferred but not required.
