Retail Pharmacist PRN Coverage | Missouri

We re seeking a qualified Retail Pharmacist to provide PRN coverage at a busy pharmacy throughout late May, June, July, and early August. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to pick up extra shifts in a supportive environment as a second pharmacist on site. You ll be working standard hours, assisting with typical retail responsibilities such as prescription verification, patient counseling, and supervising technicians.

Schedule Details:

• Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

• Coverage dates include:
  May 29 30
  June 3, 9, 12 13, 18, 26
  July 3, 9 11, 16 18, 24 25, 28, 30 31
  August 1

Job Responsibilities:

• Fill and verify prescriptions

• Counsel patients on medications and therapies

• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting

Requirements:

• Active and clear Missouri Pharmacist license

• At least 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience

• Comfortable working PRN and able to commit to scheduled dates

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
