Retail Staff Pharmacist Montoursville, PA

A full-time pharmacist opportunity is available in a busy retail setting in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. This permanent position offers the chance to be part of a team-focused environment where patient care and service are the top priorities. The pharmacist will rotate through variable day and afternoon shifts and contribute to both operational and clinical pharmacy functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support inventory management by monitoring sales trends and ordering medications to ensure proper stock levels.

• Accurately compound and dispense medications, provide guidance on over-the-counter treatments, and maintain communication with insurance and healthcare providers.

• Administer immunizations regularly as part of routine patient care.

• Assist in management duties in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, including scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD required

• Pennsylvania Immunization Certification required

• Minimum of one year retail pharmacy experience

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
