RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join a long-term care facility in Seymour, Connecticut. This ongoing role requires availability for 3-4 days per week. Job Details:

• Location: Seymour, CT
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday); rotating weekends (ongoing)
• Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Setting: Long-Term Care Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently dispense medications
• Verify medication prepacks in a long-term care setting
• Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Administer vaccinations to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:

• Active CT Pharmacist License
• Experience in LTC and/or retail pharmacy preferred
• At least 1 year of recent pharmacist experience
• Successful completion of an immunization training program
