Retail Staff Pharmacist Travel - Rome, New York

RPh on the Go, a leading pharmacy staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated Retail Staff Pharmacist to join our network for a dynamic opportunity in the Rome, NY area. Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide thorough patient consultations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws.
• Counsel patients on the proper usage, dosage, and storage of medications.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking pharmaceutical supplies.
• Maintain detailed records of medication usage and patient profiles.
• Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy technicians and other staff members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive patient relationships.

Shift:

• Full Time
• 8 hour shifts: 8:00am - 5:00pm or 12 hour shifts: 9:00am - 9:00pm

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of New York.
• BLS
• Immunization certificate
• Covid Vaccination
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
