Job Description:
Join our team for a rewarding 13-week contract role! As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for performing essential Pharmacist Verification duties. This includes confirming the accuracy of medications and prescription information, ensuring proper medication placement, and reviewing all details against the hard copy prescription.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) tasks
• Perform final verification processes, ensuring the medication and instructions match the prescription
• Verify that the correct medication is in the bottle/box

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Tennessee Pharmacy License required
• Experience in specialty pharmacy is highly preferred
