About the Role

You'll be working in a closed-door pharmacy setting, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of oral oncology medications. This role also includes supervising technicians and collaborating with providers to ensure each patient receives tailored care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions

• Dispense and oversee the filling of oral oncology medications

• Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy technicians

• Communicate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient therapies

• Maintain compliance with state pharmacy regulations and internal procedures

Technology Used: PioneerRX pharmacy system

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Daytime shifts only (no evenings or weekends)

Who We re Looking For

• Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)

• 3+ years of pharmacist experience, preferably in a clinical or specialty setting

• Immediate availability is a strong plus

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset
