RPh on the Go is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Specialty Pharmacy Manager for a 5-week contract position in Glens Falls, New York. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to join a dynamic team, leveraging their specialized knowledge to make a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the specialty pharmacy, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Lead and support pharmacy staff, offering guidance and training as necessary.
• Ensure precise and timely dispensing of specialty medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking medications.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 5-week assignment

Requirements:

• Active and clear NY pharmacist license
• 2+ years of recent experience in specialty or outpatient pharmacy
• Previous experience as a PIC or Pharmacy Manager
