RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a direct-hire opportunity in Plant City, Florida. This position requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in sterile compounding and a commitment to excellence in pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise staff pharmacists and teams in pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production operations.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of batch records and associated documentation, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy laws.
• Assist with documenting and completing Adverse Drug Event forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Oversee hiring, performance monitoring, and terminations with CEO/President approval.
• Provide leadership in compounding sterile injectables and powders as needed to meet facility demands.

Required Qualifications:

• Clear and active Florida Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-demand environment.
