Specialty Pharmacy Staff Pharmacist New York, NY

RPh on the Go, is seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Pharmacist for a specialty pharmacy in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking to grow with a dedicated pharmacy team.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with every 7th Saturday required

• Pharmacy hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays

• Directly involved in all aspects of prescription dispensing, including verifying prescription accuracy, counseling patients, and supervising pharmacy support staff

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and internal procedures

Requirements:

• Active and clear New York State Pharmacist license

• Recent experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting (800+ prescriptions/day)

• Background in retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stand in one place for extended periods

• Proven ability to manage and supervise technicians, interns, and support staff effectively
