Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Largo, Maryland

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join a Specialty Pharmacy team in Largo, Maryland. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term placement based on performance.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment, efficiently supporting prescription processing, inventory management, and customer care during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with accurate filling and dispensing of medications.

• Process prescription orders and perform data entry with precision.

• Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving, organizing, and restocking supplies.

• Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers.

• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician license

• 1+ years of recent pharmacy experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

• PTCB certification preferred but not required

• Previous fulfillment experience required

• Strong data entry skills are a must
