RPh on the Go is actively recruiting licensed pharmacists for a contract-to-hire role at a closed door 503B pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA. This unique opportunity allows you to move beyond traditional retail pharmacy and immerse yourself in a highly regulated environment where compliance, precision, and patient safety are at the forefront.

In this role, you will oversee the medication dispensing process, review prescriptions for accuracy, and ensure all required documentation is in line with regulatory guidelines. You'll also work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth operational flow, manage shipping processes, and provide medication counseling when needed. This position requires a focus on both clinical care and strict operational oversight.

Position Details:

• Shift Options:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 am 2:30 pm or 3:00 pm 11:30 pm (priority coverage)

  • Additional shifts: 8:00 am 4:30 pm

  • Weekend shifts required (Saturday or Sunday on rotation)

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

• Experience in a high-volume or closed door pharmacy setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in ensuring documentation accuracy and medication verification

• Compounding experience is advantageous, but not required
