Specialty Staff Pharmacist - New York, New York

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialty Staff Pharmacist to join our team in New York, NY. This role requires a pharmacist with expertise in specialty medications and the ability to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense specialty medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide expert consultation and support to healthcare providers and patients regarding specialty medications and therapies.
• Manage and oversee the proper storage, handling, and dispensing of specialty medications.
• Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy.
• Educate patients on the use, side effects, and benefits of specialty medications.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all pharmacy activities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00p; Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm

Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• Or Monday - Saturday; Thursday's off

Qualifications:

• NY State Pharmacist license
• Previous Retail, Mail Order or Specialty Pharmacy Experience is required
• MUST have experience working with HIGH VOLUME
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in one spot.

Hourly Rate:

• $60.00/hour
