We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialty Staff Pharmacist to join our team in New York, NY. Job Description: As a Specialty Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing specialized pharmaceutical care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to manage and optimize drug therapy for patients with complex medical conditions. This role requires a high level of expertise in specialty medications and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and manage specialty medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers and patients regarding the safe and effective use of specialty medications.
• Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy.
• Educate patients on medication therapy, including proper administration and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in specialty pharmaceuticals.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00p; Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm

Shift:

• Monday - Friday Or Monday - Saturday; Thursday's off

Qualifications:

• NY State Pharmacist license
• Previous Retail, Mail Order or Specialty Pharmacy Experience is required
• MUST have experience working with HIGH VOLUME
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in one spot.

Hourly Rate:

• $60.00/hour
