Staff Pharmacist 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shit Temp to Perm - Fairfield, OH 45014

RPh on The Go is seeking Staff Pharmacists for a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity in Fairfield, OH. This full-time position is offered across three distinct weekday shifts. Candidates will be scheduled for one consistent shift only no rotating shifts or weekend coverage required.

Assignment Type:
13-week contract with potential for permanent hire

Available Shift Options (Monday Friday only):

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Pharmacy Setting:
Closed-door pharmacy with high-volume operations supporting long-term care and retail-style services.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks
Ensure accuracy and safety in medication entry and dispensing
Screen new prescriptions for proper dosage, potential interactions, and contraindications
Manage workflow efficiency and ensure timely order fulfillment
Oversee ordering, receiving, and prepacking procedures
Assist with handling and inventory of Schedule II controlled substances
Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and internal policies

Qualifications:
Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license
Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Must be able to consistently work one of the listed weekday shifts
