Duration: 13-week contract with opportunity to transition into a permanent role

Shift Options:

• Morning: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Midday: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

• Evening: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

• Late Night: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Role Overview:
We re actively seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a central role in managing pharmacy workflow, ensuring medication safety, and supporting a team of technicians to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily tasks of pharmacy techs and data entry staff to ensure compliance with workflow protocols and delivery standards.

• Verify the accuracy of medication orders, checking for dosage errors, allergies, interactions, and overall appropriateness before dispensing.

• Monitor and assist with the procurement, documentation, and storage of controlled substances, especially Schedule II inventory.

• Maintain security standards and quality assurance within the pharmacy.

What You ll Need:

• An active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Ohio

• Prior experience in a high-volume retail or compounding setting is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with pharmacy regulations
