Staff Pharmacist 2nd Shift (Temp to Perm) Fairfield, OH

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Pharmacist in Fairfield, OH. This is a full-time, onsite 13-week temp-to-perm position on the evening shift. The pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy technicians, ensuring proper workflow and medication safety, and assisting with controlled substance management. This is an urgent need for three 2nd shift staff pharmacists.

Position Details:
Location: Fairfield, OH
Setting: Long-Term Care / High-Volume Pharmacy
Schedule: 2nd shift, 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
Assignment: 13 weeks, Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee pharmacy technicians and/or data entry clerks to ensure proper workflow, security, and adherence to delivery schedules
Monitor ordering and prepacking by pharmacy technicians
Review all new medication orders for correct dosing, interactions, allergies, and contraindications
Assist with ordering, receiving, documentation, and storage of controlled substances
Maintain perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs

Requirements:
Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
Background in high-volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus
