Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Shifts Available:
We are looking for a flexible pharmacist to work 8-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the option to rotate Saturdays.

Job Description:
We re looking for a motivated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding pharmaceutical care in both retail and long-term care settings. Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately dispensing prescriptions and medications
• Verifying medication prepacks in the LTC environment
• Offering medication therapy management and educating patients on proper use
• Administering vaccinations and promoting patient health
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans
• Managing medication inventory and ensuring regulatory compliance

What We re Looking For:

• Prior experience in Retail and LTC settings preferred
• At least one year of recent experience as a pharmacist
• Immunization certification is required
• Must have an active and clear Connecticut Pharmacist License
