Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 3rd shift position (11pm-7:30am) in our Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order pharmacy in Bethlehem, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to our LTC patients.
• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy.
• Ensure proper medication storage and inventory management.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers as needed.

Shift Details:

• 3rd Shift (11pm - 7:30am), Monday to Friday.
• Every other weekend required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pharmacist in a retail or clinical setting.
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is a plus.
• Active Pennsylvania pharmacy license in good standing.
