Staff Pharmacist (5 Openings - Temp to Perm, 13 Weeks) Fairfield, Ohio

RPh on the Go is actively hiring 5 Staff Pharmacists for a 13-week Temp to Perm contract in Ohio. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity. The pharmacist will oversee pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to pharmacy protocols and delivery schedules. This position also includes responsibilities related to medication screening and controlled substance management.

Position Details:
Location: Ohio
Setting: High-Volume Pharmacy
Schedule: 1st Shift
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee pharmacy technicians and/or data entry clerks to ensure proper data entry, workflow, and pharmacy security.
Monitor adherence to delivery schedules.
Supervise ordering and prepacking of medications.
Screen new medication orders for appropriate dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
Assist with the proper ordering, handling, receiving, and documentation of controlled substances.
Maintain a perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs.

Requirements:
Clear and active license in the state of Ohio
Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus
