Staff Pharmacist at LTC in West Syracuse, NY

RPH on the go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist at a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Syracuse, NY. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity designed for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about pharmacy care.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department.
• Manage and guide pharmacy technicians to maintain efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed accurately and promptly.
• Manage inventory to ensure stock balance and availability.
• Conduct medication therapy management (MT) and intermittent medication regimen reviews (IMMR).

Schedule/Shift

• Operating Hours:
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM or until finished.
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or until finished.
• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until finished.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a clear and active NY Pharmacist license.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• LTC experience is a plus.
