Staff Pharmacist Opportunity 13-Week Contract
Location: La Vergne, TN
Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM 8:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Staff Pharmacist to join our team on a 13-week contract in La Vergne, TN. This position will focus on performing essential Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) tasks, ensuring the accuracy of medications and prescriptions through detailed checks and verifications.

What You ll Do:

• Conduct final medication verifications to confirm accuracy in labeling and packaging
• Ensure the medication corresponds to the prescription details, including dosage and instructions
• Double-check that all prescription information aligns with the original hard copy

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Tennessee Pharmacy License
• Prior experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred, though not required
