RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join a long-term care facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position offers a day shift schedule with the potential for long-term or direct hire placement.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Setting:
Long-term care pharmacy

Duration:
12+ weeks with potential for direct hire

Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications in a long-term care setting.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Must have an active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license.
• Pharmacy experience required; long-term care experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
