Staff Pharmacist Contract to Hire Location: Fairfield, OH

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield, Ohio. This role offers a great Monday through Friday schedule and the chance to join a dynamic pharmacy team in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure proper data entry, workflow, security, and adherence to delivery schedules

• Oversee the ordering and prepacking process by pharmacy technicians

• Review new medication orders for appropriate dosing, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications

• Assist with the proper handling, ordering, receiving, and storage of controlled substances

• Maintain accurate records and a perpetual inventory for Schedule II medications

Requirements:

• Clear and active Ohio Pharmacist license (required)

• Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workflow in a busy environment
