Staff Pharmacist Contract to Hire Monday - Friday (Benefits Included)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our long-term care pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians in dispensing medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Assist in ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently during evening shifts.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Indiana Pharmacist license.
• Prior experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.

Shift: Monday to Friday, Evenings (1:00 PM 10:00 PM), with rotating weekends and holidays
