RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced pharmacist for a Mid shift at a high-volume specialty pharmacy in La Vergne, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment with a growing company that specializes in specialty medications.

Job Details:

• Schedule is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Setting is a high-volume specialty pharmacy.
• This is a 13-Week contract position with the potential for direct hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verifying and dispensing specialty medications in a high-volume fulfillment setting.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and maintaining quality control standards is essential.
• Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and other staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing.
• Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness before fulfillment.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper handling and storage of specialty medications.

Qualifications:

• An active and clear Tennessee pharmacist license is required.
• Previous pharmacy experience is necessary, and specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment setting are essential.
