• Morning: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Evening: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Overview:
A respected pharmacy facility in Fairfield is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide oversight and ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in all aspects of pharmacy operations. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and support pharmacy technicians and data entry staff, ensuring smooth operations, secure processes, and timely order fulfillment.

• Supervise medication ordering and prepacking to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

• Conduct clinical checks on new prescriptions, confirming appropriate dosages and screening for allergies, interactions, and contraindications.

• Oversee the proper receipt, storage, and inventory tracking of controlled substances, including Schedule II medications, in accordance with legal and internal protocols.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing (non-negotiable).

• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy environments is highly preferred.
