Staff Pharmacist - Day Shift | Columbia, MO

RPh on the Go is urgently hiring for a Long-Term Care Pharmacist position in Columbia, Missouri. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with experience in a long-term care or similar pharmacy setting.

Position Details:

• Title: Pharmacist Long-Term Care
• Location: Columbia, MO
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Type: Full-time, on-going contract

Requirements:

• Active and clear Missouri Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and compliance
• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions to LTC facility residents
• Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapies
• Monitor for drug interactions, duplications, and contraindications
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
