Job Description:
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be an integral part of our team, providing pharmaceutical care in a dynamic LTC setting. Your primary responsibilities will include order entry using QS1/Primecare, medication management, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform medication order entry and review using QS1/Primecare.
• Verify and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Provide medication-related counseling and education to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and resolve any medication-related issues or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy settings.
• Valid North Carolina pharmacy license.
• Proficiency in QS1/Primecare order entry systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
