Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy team in Lillington, NC. This temporary position is set to begin on November 22 and will span 13 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a background in LTC pharmacy and a valid North Carolina pharmacy license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order entry using QS1/Primecare systems.
• Provide medication management and consultative services to residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy setting.
• Valid North Carolina pharmacy license.
• Proficiency with QS1/Primecare or similar pharmacy software systems.
