Staff Pharmacist Evening Shift - Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team for an evening shift position at a reputable Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about providing high-quality care to a diverse population of long-term care residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for residents.
• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
• Conduct medication therapy management and provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all pharmacy activities.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff during the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and facility staff.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 2:00pm - 11:00pm
• Rotating weekends.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience
• LTC experience a plus
• PA pharmacy license
