Staff Pharmacist, Evenings, 3-4 days a week,  Temp to Perm Rocklin, CA

 Pharmacist needed for a 13 Week plus assignment. This position could be perminat for the right person.

Shift: Evenings, 3:00pm - 11:30pm Weekdays only

Overview:

• Entering medications into computer system
• Interpretation of medication orders and labs
• Maintain contact between the department staff, physicians, and hospital personnel
• Process medication orders following the pharmacy's established policy and procedures

Requirements:

• CA active pharmacist license
• LTC experience preferred
• SNF experience preferred

Pay: $60-65
