Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Operations:

• Reviewing and verifying prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Overseeing medication preparation and dispensing for LTC patients.

Collaboration:

• Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Providing exceptional service to meet patient and facility needs.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Previous LTC pharmacy experience preferred but not required.

Licensure:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing.
