Staff Pharmacist Fairfield, OH 1st Shift 13 Weeks Temp to Perm

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, onsite 13-week temp-to-perm position in Fairfield, OH. The pharmacist will oversee pharmacy technicians, ensure workflow accuracy, and screen medication orders for safety and compliance.

Position Details:
Location: Fairfield, OH
Setting: High-volume pharmacy environment
Schedule: 1st Shift
Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm
Term: 13 weeks, temp to perm

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks
Ensure proper data entry, workflow, and pharmacy security
Oversee technician prepacking and ordering tasks
Screen all new medication orders for dose accuracy, interactions, allergies, and contraindications
Support handling, storage, and inventory of controlled substances, including perpetual inventory of Schedule II drugs

Requirements:
Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus
