Staff Pharmacist Fairfield, OH 2nd Shift

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Fairfield, OH. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm, full-time, onsite role. The pharmacist will oversee pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks, ensure accurate medication dispensing, and manage workflow within a high-volume pharmacy environment. This is an urgent need with multiple openings for 2nd shift.

Position Details:
Location: Fairfield, OH
Setting: Long-Term Care / High-Volume Pharmacy
Schedule: 2nd shift 4:00pm 12:00am
Assignment Term: 13+ weeks, temp to perm

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure proper data entry, workflow, and adherence to delivery schedules
Monitor security of the pharmacy area and oversee technician ordering and prepacking
Screen all new medication orders for correct dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications
Assist with proper ordering, receiving, documentation, and storage of controlled substances
Maintain perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs

Requirements:
Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio required
Experience in high-volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus
