Available Shifts:

• Morning: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Evening: 4:00 PM Midnight

About the Position:
Join a dynamic pharmacy team that supports large-scale prescription fulfillment in a mail order setting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for licensed pharmacists looking to transition into a stable, long-term role after an initial contract period. You ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient safety throughout the dispensing process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor pharmacy technicians and data entry personnel to ensure operational efficiency.

• Maintain high standards for order accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

• Review new prescriptions for dosage correctness, interactions, and patient-specific concerns before approval.

• Support accurate handling and documentation of controlled substances, especially Schedule II medications.

• Foster a secure and compliant pharmacy environment through daily oversight and process adherence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Ohio (required)

• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacies is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety and precision

• Comfortable supervising team members and managing daily workflow
