Position Title: Staff Pharmacist Retail Pharmacy
Location: Fairfield, OH

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
  Candidates must be available for one of the listed shifts.

We're seeking a licensed pharmacist who can take charge of daily functions, ensure safe medication practices, and support a hardworking technician team. This role offers consistent hours and the chance to work in a high-paced environment with solid support.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading pharmacy workflow and supervising technicians and data entry personnel

• Reviewing prescriptions for dosing accuracy, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications

• Managing inventory processes, especially Schedule II controlled substances

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Overseeing technician-led activities such as medication prepacking and supply ordering

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio

• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy environments is highly preferred

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Reliable, organized, and compliance-driven
