Job Title: Staff Pharmacist - First or Mid Shift (8am - 7:30pm) - 8-Week Temp Assignment with Potential for Direct Hire

Shift: Monday to Friday, First or Mid Shift, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Duration: 8 weeks with the opportunity for direct hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Louisville, KY, for an 8-week temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy, preferably with experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting. Proficiency with DocuTrack/Frameworks is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and patient consultations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional care and support to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the LTC team to optimize medication management and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacist.
• Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with DocuTrack/Frameworks is a plus.
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy License is required.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with shift options available from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• The initial contract is for 8 weeks, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a direct hire role based on performance and fit.
