Staff Pharmacist (Mid-Shift 13-Weeks) Pittsburgh, PA

Term of Assignment: 13 weeks
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Perform final review of medication orders in the pharmacy.
• Ensure proper medication dispensing, dosage, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Provide pharmaceutical consultation to medical staff as needed.
• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of PA.
• Recent pharmacy experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on patient safety.
• Ability to work independently and manage mid-shift responsibilities.
