Staff Pharmacist - Full Benefits - 12+ Weeks

RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Pharmacist for a full-time, 12-week contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This role is in a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy setting, offering multiple shift options and the chance to make an impact on patient care.

Shifts:
Multiple shifts available, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Dispense medications and provide consultations to optimize patient care.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
• Maintain compliance with LTC pharmacy regulations and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license.
• Prior LTC experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused care approach.
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and patient safety.
