Position Title: Mid Shift Staff Pharmacist (3pm-11:30pm)

Contract Term: 12 Weeks (with potential for permanent placement)
Work Environment: LTC Mail Order Pharmacy

Job Summary:
We are excited to announce an opening for a Staff Pharmacist for a mid shift (3pm-11:30pm) at our Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order facility in Bethlehem, PA. This role is a 12-week contract position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role based on performance. Primary Duties:

• Accurately dispense medications and deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to LTC patients.
• Review and verify prescription orders to ensure they meet accuracy and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient therapy and manage medication needs.
• Oversee medication storage and inventory to maintain proper protocols.
• Provide educational support and counseling to patients and their families.

Shift Information:

• Mid Shift (3pm - 11:30pm), Monday through Friday.
• Rotation required every 4th weekend.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a pharmacist in retail or clinical settings.
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is a plus.
• Valid Pennsylvania pharmacy license required.
