Are you an experienced pharmacist looking for your next career opportunity? Join our team as a Staff Pharmacist in St. George, South Carolina! In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately fill and dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring to verify any patient allergies before processing.
• Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR): Inform eligible patients about CMRs, schedule them, and follow up on interventions identified during the review.
• Patient Interaction: Address and respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in line with organizational policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accountability for controlled substances, syringes, and other pharmaceutical supplies.

Requirements:

• Licensure: A clear and active pharmacist license in the state of South Carolina is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience is preferred.
