Position Overview: We are currently hiring a skilled Staff Pharmacist for a 3rd shift role in Albuquerque, NM. This position involves working from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. Initially, the role is offered as a temporary assignment for 12 weeks, with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications within a long-term care mail order setting.
• Verify and review medication orders for correctness and suitability.
• Offer medication counseling and support to patients and healthcare providers.
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations and standards.
• Maintain precise records of medications dispensed and related pharmacy activities.

Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico Pharmacy License.
• Demonstrated experience as a pharmacist, ideally in a long-term care or mail order context.
• Strong detail orientation and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
