Staff Pharmacist (Full-Time) Albuquerque, NM

We are seeking a New Mexico licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in a mail order long-term care pharmacy in Albuquerque.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM), with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of New Mexico.
