Job Description:
RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team in South Carolina. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications, providing expert advice on prescription therapies, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients according to doctor's orders.
Provide counseling to patients on the proper use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to review and recommend optimal pharmacotherapy.
Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
Monitor patient medication therapy and ensure the correct dosages are administered.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient pharmacy environment.
Keep current with new drug therapies and pharmacological practices.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, insurance claims, and customer service.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Current and valid Pharmacist License in the State of South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).
1-3 years of experience working in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical standards, drug interactions, and side effects.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
