Staff Pharmacist (Full-Time, Long-Term Care) Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking a Wisconsin licensed Pharmacist for a full-time 12-week contract-to-hire opportunity in a long-term care mail order pharmacy in Milwaukee.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate medication dispensing and prescription fulfillment for long-term care facility residents
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide medication therapy management (MTM) and optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
• Experience in any pharmacy setting (LTC experience is a plus)
• Commitment to patient safety and accuracy
