Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
• Saturday: 9am - 2pm (optional, with Thursday off)

Salary: Up to $60/hour

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Pharmacy Operations: Take charge of daily operations under the guidance of the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC), ensuring efficient medication dispensing and operations.
• Leadership: Mentor and oversee pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Medication Management: Accurately process and verify prescriptions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all professional and regulatory standards to maintain operational excellence.

What We re Looking For:

• License: Valid, active NY State Pharmacist license with a clean record.
• Experience: Proven experience in retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy, with experience handling high volumes (800+ prescriptions daily) a must.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks with manual dexterity.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Demands: Requires constant standing or walking and manual dexterity for prolonged periods.
